Hello. I am trying to login to the GUI interface for the MultiUser option on one of our Carbonites. I can access the login page but when I type in the admin user name (admin) and password (admin) I get login password as incorrect. To eliminate a possibility that someone has changed the default admin password I would like to reset it to its default state. When I reset the mixer to its factory default setting does it also reset the admin password? And if not, how do I reset the admin password to its original setting? Thankyou.
