  • 1.  Carbonite Extreme router labels missing on MultiViewer

    Hi all,

    Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue: after updating our Carbonite Extreme to 11.1.2, the router labels no longer show up on the MultiViewer. I am still able to see the router labels on the switcher panel, and I'm still able to assign the the MV labels in Dashboard, but when I select the "Both" label mode, only the switcher label shows up, and when I select the "Router" label mode, nothing shows up. Any thoughts on a fix?

    have you tried to upload the labels again? Sounds like the file is no longer available to reference.

    Hey Les; yes, I had reuploaded the label file with no change.

    can you send me the label file? Also have you contacted Tech support about this?
