  • 1.  Contorolling Panasonic AW-HE50 with Carbonite

    Hi,

    is it possible to control Panasonic's AW-HE50 PTZ head or other Panasonic's robot cameras via Carbonite?

    I now that Visca is tested and proved but what about Panasonic?

    Hi Mikko,

    Only Sony Visca and Canon BU series are supported.

    Hi Joel,

    What is the Controller you are using? Panasonic has different controllers and we actually connect to the system via those controllers (In Vision we already support Panasonic). With some of the lower cost units there is not actually any way for us to connect to those controllers since they do not support it. Since we don't act as a full functioning controller, since we need a much few commands, there is always a requirement to maintain a controller in the Panasonic systems.
