  • 1.  Switcher stuck in upgrade mode

    I am trying to upgrade our switcher to v11.1 from v10.

    Its starts the process and gets all the way to starting upgrade, then its says upgrade failure. Now, its frozen there and won't do anything.

    Suggestions?

    Probably not enough room on your USB.

    You need 2 GB free space.

    Format a USB fat32 then only put in the upgrade. Then run a force upgrade.

    Did that; now is stuck on Waiting for USB mode

    There is a switch called Upgrade.

    Hold it down then turn on the frame keep it held till you see the yellow upgrade led come on -- about 10 seconds.

    Did the tech support help to resume your switcher? I also plan to upgrade my Carbonite from V9.10 to V11.10.......
