Les I need to know what happen with the carbonite after the updatebto the version 6 my carbonite is losting the adjustment of the key.

If I have my CG on air without my intervention the switch lost the key.

Let me know if there is any form to solve this after the update

Can you clarify your problem a little more please, we have not seen any problems with keyers at all in the latest build and so you question is a little confusing. I assume this is a memory recall you are using, have you tried setting the key manually? You mention key adjustment, what kind of key is this - is it a self key, auto key or chroma key?

I have a down stream keyer applied with a graphic in the program and without the intervention of the operator the graphic is removed from program, when I check my signal of key and fill and the signal is ok them I have to reload the graphic again to use that, them that is happenning after I did the update to the version 6 then I need to know if that is update issue or what will be the solution

Details are still not fully clear. Is the Keyer going off air? Or is the source in the keyer changing?

Is the source in the Keyer a Media Store and the image in the Media Store is changing?

are you sure there are not Memories or Macros that are changing sources or state?

Also any chance you have GPI triggers connected to the switcher? There are default GPIs that transition keyers.

We have an element uploaded by the memory stick in the ram of the media store and that is an animation and suddenly we lost the signal key that I have selected.

I am using only one memory and a just one media store and when I lost the key I have to reload the memory to continue the use .

And is important that you understand that we are using only one memory no more.

So your pulling out the USB. Then putting it back in at which point this clears the media store and you have to load it again?

If that is what is happening than it is expected since the system purges the media stores when a USB is loaded and has to load that USBs media database.

The USB should be left in the unit. If you need to load more media items to it while in a show you can use FTP to transfer to the USB drive.

Sounds like you say the Keyer is active but the media has gone away and this is after you have re inserted the USB. Is this correct?

If so then answer is on the re insertion the system is clearing the cache.

Don't remove the USB. Instead FTP files to it.

Les thank you the key problem was in my side, I was losting the reference of my Graphic equipment and that affec the key of the PGM but now is ok.
