Production Switchers

Hello Carbonite experts,

Thank you for your help & our Carbonite Switcher with C2 panel were successfully upgrade to V11.1.2 with Dash Board software V8.0.

However found the panel cannot connected with DashBorad, therefore no shown of the panel status like PSU1/2 voltage, Processor Temp, RAM Available....

Are the Old style C2, C3 panels cannot be supported with the DashBoard software to know its status?

Or I have miss something on the setup of ip address of the panel?

Did you upgrade your dashboard to version 8?

I am assuming you upgraded the switcher to version 12.

You need to upgrade the dashboard in order to use the Carbonite with version 12

Hello Gordon,

Sorry I make a mistake, the software of DashBoard was upgraded to V8.0.

But the Panel (C2 type). still cannot be find by the DashBoard software....

However, another set of Carbonite switcher with black series panel can be detected by the same version DashBoard software.

I have tried the ping command, which can have the reply from the Black series panel ip.... but no reply from the Old style C2 panel...

I wonder if there is some setting I miss in the setup of Old style C2 panel ...
