Production Switchers

When I setup a CC that shall set audio level on main output, it will not set level on the SDI and XP fader, it works fine on the media player and main master fader. Any one that can help???

Hi -- If you look at the names at the top of those faders those are the new Configurable Audio Channels. So you don't use the legacy entries for the SDI or XP but the correct fader that you have now assigned that audio too.

Think of it like a "patch panel". You now have Faders on a Mixer and you assign the channels of audio that you want to them. In the editor those channels will be called Audio 1-xx unless you rename those channels..If you look at your Config Page of the Audio Mixer page. You will see the assignments to the Faders.

I have now look at the config and it was the right one i would like to control but as you can see on my attach picture i tri to control auido 13-14-15-16 but it will not set it, but if i use one of the static input (media, analog or aes) it work fine.

I have test and all fader in green box are working all in red do not. when i control them from a CC :-(

Can you take a picture of what the channels are available when you are selecting it from the pop out in the CC editor?

I am near the switcher but if I look at the config I attach then I see the name in first column sdi 1 to 11 the xp 1 to 4, then media play 1-2 then analog 1-6
