    how can I transfer media on USB or Laptop to Carbonite internal storage?

    try via ftp. but can't.

    USB plugged into the Frame is the Storage....There is no additional Storage in the Frame.

    When in Media Manager there is an "Internal" listing but that is a small amount of flash memory that houses some sample media.  This is not an internal HDD for storage.  USB is the Storage.
