Production Switchers

Hi, there. I have experienced something unusual with Ross Carbonite. We have Ross Carbonite Black Solo 13 Inputs in our MCR. All of a sudden panel went back to its booting process and couldn't connect to its frame. I had tried to connect via dashboard and it was in vain as well. After by passing the main signal, we turned it off and on , it started to work properly. I know that Ross Carbonite Vide Production Switcher is the best one than others, but I would like to know what would be the reason for that? Thanks in advance.

Hi Shamil,

You would want to enable the logs -- Since yo only had to reboot the panel and not the frame you would have been able to copy the logs from the frame via dashboard to a usb drive.  With that and sending to tech support they would be able to help review the logs to see what may or may not have been showing up with regards to the panel.
