  • 1.  AUX restore after power outage

Is there a way to restore the AUX assignments of a Carbonite after a full power outage as part of the default restore? I realize that I could save a 'state recall' and use it after power up, but I'd prefer that it come back along with the output assignments, etc.

We have UPS backup, but blackouts up here are often many hour affairs.

    Thanks,

    Rob.

    Hi Rob,

This can be achieved by setting up your RState. This is the Reset State that will include all of your preferred setting on reboot. It is basically a memory for the whole switcher.

Like memory attributes though there are enables for media stores and auxes as to if you want them to recall when you "reset" the switcher. So you need to go into the reset menu. Press next button a couple times to get to the attributes here you get to select each aux and MediaStore you want to enable. Once done go to the first menu and save the RState. Now exactly how the switcher is setup is how it will come back up. Including source, Keyer and activity.

You can reset to this state at any time using the "hold Menu button press reset button".
