Production Switchers

I am getting a green line at the bottom of multiviewer, but only when the tally option is set to Label.  When I change the option to Box the green line goes away. 

When I route the multiviewer to another monitor I get the same result. 

What layout configuration are you using?  What version is the Graphite running (status page in dashboard has this)? and what video mode/standard are you operating in?

So it is not a "green line"......It is some kind of "stuck in memory" line that does not have video on the Bottom 4 box in the 2-4-4 or in the 4-2-4 or even the 4-4-2.  The Bottom most set of 4 windows always seems to pick up left over data in the empty line it has at the bottom of the box.

Quick work around to make it "go away"....Change the layout to a 1 Box....Change the source of the 1 Box to Black.  Now Change it back to the 2-4-4 layout and change your Box 1 back to the source you prefer --- You can make a custom control for this :) so that you don't have to constantly deal with this while we look into how to resolve it.

I made a CC that changes the layout to single box, changes source to black, then changes layout back, and changes source back. 

When I run each event in the CC one by one, it corrects the issue.  But when I run the CC all at once it does not fix the problem.  I have even put pauses up to 20 frames in-between each step in the CC.  

I just built a CC for this and used 60 frame pauses between each event:

MV to 1 Box

Pause 60 frames

MV Box 1 : BK

Pause 60 Frames

MV to 2-4-4 layout

Pause 60 Frames

MV Box 1 to ME 2 PV (or what ever source you prefer)
