Production Switchers

we have use embedded output from ross crossover. we are facing the problem when we are onair audio missing like chatring? please guide me what is do for it. what type configuration we need.

Did you resolve this?  Sounds like sources not in time?  CrossOver does not have an audio Mixer in it.. so sources in Frame Syncs will be stripped and if a source is not in time then the VANC/HANC won't be in alignment.
