Production Switchers

Is there any way to make or add custom wipe patterns on the carbonate?  Can you add heart wipe, star wipe, etc.  Specifically, I am looking to recreate a bar-code pattern wipe that we had on our previous grass valley switcher.  

Short answer is no.
You can only customise the existing wipe patterns.
Depending on the pattern you want to can use a media wipe to “cheat” it.
