Production Switchers

Currently exploring options to remotely control our Carbonite Black 3MLE switcher panel using Team Viewer. 

Is there a full layout of the panel surface controls for the carbonite black available in dashboard? (like the old carbonite software panels) We need to have full control of cut/trans module as well as source selection and keys. Is there one available that mimics the panel or would we need to create one using panel builder? 

We are looking to have 2 operators Team Viewered from remote computers controlling 2 local computers running dashboard to handle operating some custom panels we have built for VDCP video playback and audio slider control of our mixer. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tim, The Soft Panel is the last tab on the Carbonite Dashboard menu tree.

If it suits your operation better you can easily create a custom Dashboard Panel by drag and dropping

I'm out of the studio so I'm going from memory but the menu tabs allowed for memory recalls and stores such as the upper right section, but we are going to need a full layout of the panel controls very similar to this soft panel that Carbonite Black Solo offers. Is that available for any carbonite model controlled by dashboard? 

It's exactly the same for all Carbonites, you get the same soft panel, and buttons to access all ME & MiniMEs.

Operationally the only got-ya can be not making sure you are operating the correct bus or keyer (but again that 's the same as the solo).

Tim What Version of Carbonite is your system running?

You an find this on the main panel under Status or in DashBoard on the Status page.

I'll get the Ver info tomorrow, thanks for quick replies. 

The version is use currently is VERY out of date, version 8.4.1

I've reviewed the v13 and see that the full panel controls are all available! 

We have a custom build VDCP panel and custom Audio Mixer panel that I'll need to test that work with v13, will reach out if I have any issues.

Tim, please note that upgrading past version 12 is a one-way street. If you can't go back (even version 11 makes significant changes to the system). So you'll have to update your panels if there's a problem. However, version 13 is a really good release, so hopefully you won't have issues with your panels.
