Howdy so we're new to the whole alpha keying and ross carbonite. We're running our graphics in pro presenter 6 with a black magic DeckLink HD Extreme 3D, when we run the key it removes the background properly but the graphic is translucent. Any suggestions or ideas would be very appreciated!
