Production Switchers

Hi, there. We have Carbonite 1 ME, and have an issue with Xpt and memory storage. As we turned frame off and then on again , frame goes back its factory defaults. We have saved the set 1 to attached flash drive, everytime we recalls the set from flashdrive. What reason could be for the mentioned problem? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you open a ticket with Tech Support or call them.  This is more than a setting if on a reboot all settings are lost.
