Production Switchers

Just starting out with the switcher, and having an issue when saving a "Set", a lot of times I get "Save Failed".  

I know you can choose: All, Memories, Custom Control, Installation, or Personalty to be saved to the Set.   Seems like if I choose a specific one rather than all, I can sometimes get it to save and not say fail. 

Is something wrong?  Or am I missing something. 

Actually, looks like no sets are saving at all, as it won't let me load any. When I go to load it says "Load: <None found>" 

Just read in manual that sets have to be saved to a USB drive on the frame.  Is this the port on the front of the frame only?  What file format does the USB drive need to be in?

The USB PORT is on the BACK of the Chassis on the Graphite Card not the PC Ports.  The disk format is FAT32.

Always leave the USB connected and then access it via FTP from the Windows UI or any PC on the network.
