You can not mix the audio or even "pick" what is embedded if you don't have the RAVE Mixer option.
Without the Mixer option you can chose to run the SRC Mode (which reduces the number of output converters) and enable Sample Rate Conversion on the Frame Sync inputs.. However what is on the source or on the BKGD of an ME will be the audio that goes out.
If you want to put different audio then you will need the Mixer option so that you can create an audio Mix that you then Map to the output Embedder.

Subject: Embedded audio on Aux
Hello @Les O'Reilly
Does this mean you can send embedded audio through the Carbonite Ultra WITHOUT the audio Rave option?
We would like to have maybe 2 auxes with embedded audio as a back up so that if we need to send a separate audio track to say the webcast vs cable plant we can?
Thanks for all the work you folks do.

Yes - You have to make sure that you have the ANC Data set to pass (DashBoard - Configuration - System).
Also the source can not be in a FSYNC -- if it is that will strip the audio as well.
