Production Switchers

Hi all, wondering if anyone else has run in to this. 

I’m integrating the carbonite solo in to a flypack containing two Sony HDCU 1500 ccus. I wired up a harness to get tally running on each unit and I can’t get Tally 1 to trigger either unit. I tried new db25 connector, new wire, different ccu and couldn’t get anything. I ended up using tally 2 and tally 3 pins and they both work fine. Is there a specific reason that Tally 1 won’t trigger the light?

Did you resolve this with Tech Support?  Sounds like the Tally 1 is failed.  Using a MultiMeter you could check it's state and then use the Tally Test in the Diagnostics menu to test the tallies one by one..
