Production Switchers

So with one of the lastest updates i find that the alpha is always connected to my Multimedia frame and i am unable to turn off the alpha tied to the stills. I need all 4 full screen and anytime we load a still in 1 or 2 i get an alpha channel. need help finding out how to change the settings to turn off the alpha channels

Hi Frank -- There has been no change on this. What is happening is that you're loading Stills that have an alpha embedded in them. If you don't want this then you need to have the files exported as 24 Bit and not 32 Bit. If this is not an option then you would be best to consider loading it on say Channel 3 or 4 then doing a Capture so that you can throw away the Alpha.
