  • 1.  Snapshot of Swither State

I'm looking for a way to basically take a snapshot of all of the settings that I have for the switcher to store as a CC. Is there a way to do that, or am I stuck with trying to remember everything done and recreating it step-by-step?

My director likes to play with the settings and be creative. Sometimes it's tough to recall exactly how he created a look, and having the ability to simply take a snapshot of the switcher state would be amazing.

If this isn't already something that can be done, I'd like to officially put in a feature request.

Hi Joel. You can create a memory which is a snapshot (there’s a really good video on Ross U or Help or the manual has info if you are unsure about memories) and then if you don’t want to have to remember the memory number you can use a Custom Control (which you can name) to recall the memory.
If you make changes then all you have to do is re-store the memory.
I’d you are concerned that they might change some engineering set ups you can save a switcher set that will save Installation, Personality and your memories and Custom Controls. (You probably should anyway)
    Hope this answers your question
