Production Switchers

So we've had a weird issue happening over the last few months.

When going through a show, we come across one of our everyday memories a 2x1 box. When taking it, the switcher shows the memory as wiped out generic MEM011 with no keys active or assigned.

This is the third incident we've had of the Vision 4 "forgetting" memories and them showing up blank, whereas our backup file in the switcher shows has the memory available and we've been copying from it resave our primary file.

Has anyone had a similar issue to this?

EDIT: We have just discovered now as well that a few custom controls have gone missing as well and replaced with old ones that were there from a year ago...

This sounds like an older file set is getting loaded.  I would recommend that you store the show two a second location on the hard drive when you "fix" those memories and custom controls...  Maybe 2 other slots (since there are 100 show file folders on the frame CPU)
