    Hi. I have a recall query using a Carbonite black + 1me switcher, in which I am using key 4 with a character generator. I was programming the recall for different PiP, using dve in key 1, 2 and 3, and send them to the previous one to choose which camera goes to each one. The issue is that I always activate the key 4 in the next transition sector, and when we make the transition I get the key 4 out of the air (which I had sent it by cutting before).
    Is there any way I can't recall a key specifically? Thank you

    The memory is going to recall how you set it to recall unless you use the attributes to tell it to ignore them.  In DashBoard you will find these in the Memory Tab under Store Attributes.
