I will like to understand what you mean by compatible audio mixers. But if your objective is to sync audio and video, then I recommend looking for audio mixers with audio delay function. Or any audio device that can delay audio. Of course I am assuming the audio is ahead of the video.
Having said that, the Carbonite Black Solo introduces a negligible delay to the video signal. If you are using the video signal directly out from the switcher, it should match the timing of the audio.
