I know that the question might be inappropriate, but I would like to know how many MEs contains rossvideo frame? 

It depends on which Carbonite frame you have, the minimum is 1 and up to 3 but you also have 2 or 4 MiniMEs.

All the specs are on the website for the different Carbonites.

Are you asking The total number of MEs in a Frame? Which Carbonite frame? There are many different models.

We have recently bought Carbonite Ultra. I was wondering How Many MEs are on the frame so as to but a pertinent panel for frame (whether it is 1 ME or 2 MEs, is it possible to know that via DashBoard?)

Carbonite Ultra comes standard with 1 ME and 4 MiniME.  You can add up to 2 more MEs (options) for a total of 3 ME and 4 MiniME.

In DashBoard - Configuration - System - Licenses

The first line is the ME count for FULL MEs.

In UHD there is less resources so 2 HD MEs is = to 1 UHD ME and 3 HD MEs = 2 UHD MEs.  In UHD you always have 2 MiniME.
