  • 1.  Help! Carbonite extreme not recalling boxes

     Any help from anybody up late tonight.

    I have a carbonate extreme, when I try to recall three box and four box effects the boxes do not reset to their proper orientations.  Got pointed in the right direction from Andy @ tech-support and looked at the online videos.    Any ideas from the group.  I'm  running out of ideas.

    Hi Conrad,

    Sounds like your Memory Recall attributes are set to Last Recalled.

    Follow this link http://help.rossvideo.com/carbonite-01/Tasks/Setup/Memories/DB-Attributes.html and the first tip will show you what your Memory Attributes under the Recall menu in Dashboard should look like if you want your memories to recall how you stored them. Change those, resave your set, check/tweak your memory and you should be good to go.

    I was setting the recalls correctly but was forgetting to resave the set after the change.

    Its working now.
