if the sources don't have Genlock then you need to turn on a Frame Sync. Or Run Genlock to the sources from the REF OUTs on the crossover.
Have tried the internal frame sync ....the input displays on the multi view still appear as though they dont have reference but the programme and preview are ok.....
I don’t have external genlock
That means you have them running in Bus Mode not input Mode. Bus mode is used where you have more sources that are out of time than you have Frame Syncs to turn on.
See Section 2-2 of the manual (page 18)

Lemme try it out then get back to youMuch appreciated
Thanks so much it’s workedWanted to inquire how do I save this because when I switch off the mixer switching it back on I have to go through the sync process again
Plug in a USB Stick and Save it to the USB File Set.
It worked Thankyou so much
Wanted to inquire if you can have PIP for the Ross cross over
Yes there are DVE channels. In a keyer use the DVE key type. Modify it how you like then either put it on air using the next transition area or using the dedicated keyer aut trans button.
Ok on it how about is it possible to have split screens on the Ross cross over??
Yes... You would use 2 of your keyers to make a Box in each.... Then use the Crop and size Parameters to position them how you like.
Since the multi view does only 8 inputs
Possible to preview the dve channels and keyer channels on a separate monitor prior to cutting them to preview then programmeSame question applies for the extra sdi inputs ie 10-12
You select the Keyers in the Next Transition area so that you can preview them.
I would recommend that you read about the Memory system and also how you can use Memory AI to "recall" the memories to PV before they go to air.
