  • 1.  Acuity play mira clip

    Our acuity has recently stopped auto playing clips on Mira when taken.   

    Ross has been been great and logged on to both machines and see that all the setups are still good.   

    We still see an error when you preview or take a mira ch.  VTR timeout.   Has  anyone run into a loss of communication like this before?

    Steve I think this would be best managed through a support ticket.  I will get one open and reach out to you.

    Travis did help me out and got the system back up.  very knowledgeable  with all the system settings that needed to be checked.
