Production Switchers

Hello,

We have a rather new (less than a year old) Ultra with a 2ME panel. Today as we were preparing for a broadcast (which starts 30 mins from this post date...) we noticed that every couple minutes our multi-viewers would all go black, show the loading symbol, then all would come back. So it looks like what it does when we load a set. But it would do this every few minutes on its own and when it does it, all outputs go black for a few seconds as well. We have power cycled the frame and panel, I saved a new set, and tried a few other things but we are still having the issue.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

A situation like this you can call our support line toll free to make sure that Tech Support is able to get involved.  The Community does not always have people looking at it or monitored for support problems...
