  • 1.  Source Titles on switcher

    Some source names have been rearranged/changed/added at my station.

    However, if I route a source it still displays the previously named source.

    For example: When I punch SAT 1 into a FrameSnyc the display name is called SAT 2. (It's showing the correct source, but not the correct name.

    How do I change the source name on the switcher?

    Please contact tech support...  There are multiple ways of getting the Source names into the system when connected to a routing switcher.  

    They may need to also do a TeamViewer session with you to resolve the signal flow and configuration for how the names are getting to the switcher.

    If there is no router or names being sent then it is just the naming of the input then that is in the Installations Source Name menu
