Production Switchers

Hey There,

I have followed the steps for configuring a device and assigned it to my server input but the commands are not sending to my grass valley server. Am I missing something or are they incompatible?

What is the Grass Valley Server?

I can assure you that the commands are being sent :) But these are standard AMP commands so I am not sure what your Server supports or what the requirements are on it's side for configuration.

Generally Stratus is the over arching controls system but then the playout servers are something else like K2s... we need to make sure that the video server is setup to accept the AMP commands and also that you are setup to send to the playout server and not to the Stratus server..

Yes they are K2s. I have a feeling they might not be setup to receive remote AMP commands. I'm having trouble on that side as well, but I will keep looking into it. Hopefully if I can sort that out then the commands will work.
