    Hello Mr O' Reilly,

    we have Ross Carbonite Solo SW 1.3.0. 16995 bought buy our local TV station.

    we all don't know that it has clip playing capability using USB untill recently when we were going

    through the manual.

    However, we tried all we could to use the USB port without any success. We inserted the USB drive in the port and nothing was shown on the display.

    Are there some settings or configuration that we have to do before using the USB.

    Also, there are lot of functions that we want to do with the switcher but because we did not receive any formal training, we are not making use of the switcher fully.

    Hi!

    Thanks for all the detail on this post!

    First up I agree you are having a hard time finding the Clip player :) you need to be on version 2.0 for the clip player to be available....
