Production Switchers

Hey there, we got a strange issue with our Carbonite Ultra and our Panasonic AK-UC4000s. We run the carbonite on 29,97fps. The Panasonics as well. We sync the Cameras with the internal Sync from the Ross which is 59,94i. The signal we see from the cameras is offset by 180 degrees. If we try to use the FrameSync it results in a black frame. We also synced externally with a rosendahl nanoSync which gives us the same results. Any idea what we are doing wrong or what the problem might be? THX

Then Manual for that product lists that it supports 29.97p but I don't see it stating support for 29.97pSF

have you tried the switcher running in 29.97p not pSF?
