Hi, I have an older Carbonite Frame and 2ME panel that seemed to be working fine this morning. Connected to the frame fine using the PSL connector. I connected my laptop to the latest dashboard and changed my video mode from 1080i 59 to 1080i 50, everything rebooted, the panel remained frozen in a lit up state and when the frame connected back the panel went dark. I rebooted the panel and the frame and the LCD display stated “Booting Please Wait” with the blinking cursor until the frame had finished booting. Once the frame had booted the cursor disappears. I tried to reset the video mode to 1080i 59 (as no reference was present yet) however I am now locked out in dashboard from changing this setting. The software asks me to confirm but makes no change. I upgraded the firmware from v12 to v13 in case there was a bug and the panel showed the update process in the screen. Upon finishing the panel went back to the same dark frozen state mentioned above. Hoping someone can help me out here with any advise as I’m quite stuck. Tried multiple reboots in different orders. Tried changing frame modes back and forth, which works, but no luck with the reference, video mode settings or bringing the panel back to life. In dashboard the I can see the same status of the panel in the software. No buttons can be pressed on the soft panel. Thanks. Nathan
