    I want to make a server that accepts RossTalk commands from a Vision switcher. Is there a document that describes the RossTalk protocol?

    So, if I send a custom command from Vision, say "ABC 123", what exactly will my server receive on the listening port? Will there be additonal characters other than "ABC 123"? Will it be in ASCII? Will there be any special beginning or terminating characters?

    The port will be opened and you will get ASCII Text send in of ABC 123

     

    Also it will be ended with a <CR><LF> so a Carriage Return and Line Feed as the delimiter.
