  • 1.  Carbonite Panel Not Auto Following

    We have a Carbonite Ultra and a 2S panel. The panel is not auto following on the transition area or when I preview an input that has device control. Any ideas?

    Hi Ryan,

    So the mini menu on the panel is not following?  Or DashBoard Live Assist is not following?

    Is this only 1 panel in the system?  Is it set as the Master Panel?

    Hey Les. Yea, the mini menu on our pane is t following anymore. It’s the only pane on that switcher.

    Did you try rebooting the panel? 

    What version are you on currently?

    Do you have TeamViewer running on a pc that has dashboard that can talk to the switcher?
