Production Switchers

We recently purchased a Carbonite Black Solo frame and panel. The master genlock generator is an Aida TGEN-6P, and no matter what I try (settings/cables), the Solo will not see a 1080p25 genlock signal from the generator. All other devices in the system see any genlock signal just fine. The Solo frame will see any variant of 1080i from the generator that is listed in the setup manual, but there is no 1080p genlock signal it recognizes. Is there something I am missing?

Hi Matthew, from the manual, an input reference of 1080p25 is supported on the Carbonite Black Solo. May I know what is the video format set on the Solo? Note that if the reference signal is 1080p25, the video format that the switcher will run is either 1080p25 or 1080p50.
