  • 1.  Can you force something into a single MLE?

I have an effect I've built that I would like to go to MLE3 every time.

I need to be able to assign the effect I've built to a particular aux (studio monitor).

Reading the manual to see if I'm missing a step.  I want to keep MLE1/MLE2 floating for other effects but use MLE 3 for things like this.

    Thanks in advance!

Update:  I selected use FIXED MLE in the master template menu.  I've only built the effect on MLE 3 but I'm getting an error message that says there are not enough free MLEs for the effect.

I've made this work manually sitting down at the switcher.  I'm not sure why Overdrive is having such a issue.

This is probably more for the OverDrive Forum as I think there might be a setting in OVD where you tell it which MEs it can use for Fixed MEs.....

I also Assume you have 4 MEs -- PGM/PST, ME 1/2 for templates and then ME 3 for this fixed use?

Next does ME 3 show that it is "On Air"?  Just wondering if that makes OverDrive think that is not available to recall on to?

Also can't remember if there is a setting for Back to Back recalls or On air recalls that is needed for some of this stuff?

You might need to have a little more detail for them and maybe best to just call into Tech support as they could walk your though it maybe.
