    My Panel and Custom Panel options in Dashboard appear frozen and unresponsive. Is there a solution to fix this? PC restart did not help.

    Hi Patrick,

    We will need to narrow this down further.
    - What devices are you connected to on the DashBoard panels?
    - Do these devices have a green "connected status" in the DashBoard Device Tree View? Are you able to ping these devices?

    A screenshot of what you are seeing will be helpful too.

    Hi Aaron,

    I have taken a picture. You can see that when i mouse over a virtual button it responds but none of the buttons I click have any response. It looks like the frame is connected as indicated by the green button on the left. Would a frame restart have any impact?

    Hi Patrick,

    You are right... the switcher frame looks connected. If it is convenient, I will say to restart the frame. If that does not fix the unresponsive buttons, I will reach out to Tech Support.
