I would
1 -- do a Calibration of the Fader handles to make sure that the End stops are properly set.
Menu - System - Diagnostics - Calibration. When in the mode move the faders to the endstops gently a couple of times. Also move the Joystick around a bit. Then make sure to save it to exit the mode.
2 -- Recall the memories and if it is "off" the end move the fader now so that the result is correct and then re-store the memory again.... Don't forget to Save the File set otherwise if someone re loads the file set the old memories are going to be loaded back in.
I think a lot more information is needed regarding the upgrade issues... Like what version were you ON and what Version did you upgrade too.
One thing that would make sense is that the User buttons needing to be re-done. In version 15 All of the buttons on the Row were made into user buttons... Thus User Button 1:1 is no longer the first button after the Key types.. but instead is the first key type button. However now you can assign them in DashBoard via the personality menu... same with the Bus Map.

Subject: Carbonite Black Memory Recalls
I am having trouble with our Carbonite Black 2ME. We started using memory recalls for some different looks but recalling has been inconsistent. Essentially the memory will be recalled but sometimes the MEs appears to hold on a last frame of the transition (transition LEDs fully lit and keys not completely transitioning on/off). Like I said inconsistent, both ME 1&2 experience this at different times.
I updated software and firmware early in the week to attempt a fix but nada. (FYI the latest updates did not go well. I lost user defined key setups and proc/color correction settings).
Thoughts anyone?
