SSL TCR on Vision switcher running v18.2h

    I am trying to connect an SSL TCR (Tempest Control Rack) to a Vision Switcher running v18.2h.
    Does anyone have any experience with this audio mixer?
    I am connecting by Ethernet (not serial).
    I can set up the Com Settings as expected (IP address, Port, etc.)
    I can set up a Custom Control to move a fader on a SideSlide unit. It corresponds in Direct Control.
    The SSL TCR hardware states the connection is made successfully. But no control by Vison is apparent.

    Some documentation I found for Acuity states some settings in Extra Options
    Target machine = Generic
    Control Master = S1
    Multiplier = 2 (Default)
