After you do a Save and it fails .. if you go to the Configuration - Diagnostics menu can you copy the Log Files to USB?
Also have you only tried to "Save All" or have you tried to Save the individual Groups one at a time?
If you get the logs donwloaded after the failed save attempt please send those to techsupport so that the can look into them.

Hi Les,
I can still see the USB in media manager and we still have 30 GB of space left. The USB is also FAT32 formatted.

The switcher keeps those in the "working set" so when you reboot it loads from that location in the onboard Flash Memory. It does not load it from the USB. So it won't be lost..
Do you see the USB in media manager? Are you sure your not out of space?
Is the USB FAT32 format type?

I'm trying to save new custom controls I've built and anytime I try I get a Failed message. I've taken the flash out and put it back in with no luck.
I don't want to lose all the CCs I've made by restarting the switcher itself. Is there a way to avoid this?
Thank you!
