  • 1.  Acuity/Dashboard/ load still

    Hello
    I am trying to use dashboard with an acuity switcher to load stills. I added the API function to load still to a button and it as three areas to input
    1. Destination: which gives a drop down with nothing in it so I'm not sure what goes there.
    2. Channel: which I've tried 1, 2 or 3.
    3. media-ID: using the different id from my switcher.

    Nothing I've tried has loaded anything into the stills.

     I attached the API I'm trying to use.

    Looks like that one is "broken".....

    Link to the Command list... you can manually add a String and try that or just put in the Send RossTalk one and type it all in....

    Examples of trying to use the String method (not sure if if works :) as I don't have a system at home to try.... will do that later)...

    I tried both ways and neither of them worked. I did check and Rosstalk is setup on the switcher
