  • 1.  Ross Mosaic DVE Key issue

    Hi there,

    I'm having a problem where sometimes I can select all 4DVE keys on the mosaic in the Canvas settings and sometimes I can't. I am also stopped from selecting certain inputs to put into the DVE keys and sometimes they work. There are plenty of Allocated DVEs available but I can't select them. 

    In this example The mosaic live assist won't let me activate the DVE on Key 1 or change the input 1 and input 5 into any of the Keys.

    Any ideas?

    It is possible to have all of the DVEs in use if it needs to scale them across multiple screens.  We would need to see the layout of the MiniMEs and what is assigned to which resources when this issue happens.

    Note that if you have something on the Background that needs to use DVEs those could be reserved even if you don't see them.  Depending on how many MiniMEs make up the Canvas if you select something on Keyer that needs to be scaled then that keyer needs resources on all tiles...

    We need more information about how the screens / resources are setup an assigned to be able to offer any insight as to what you are running into.
