  • 1.  Carbonite Black not connected in Dashboard

    We have a new Carbonite Black with a 2ME panel but I cannot connect to the frame in Dashboard. I can see the panel and control the other 2 switchers on the network but if I try to put the frame in, I get a java timeout error. Any Ideas?

    What version does the frame have running on it? Also are you pressing the detect settings button? If so don't do that just press Finish one you have the IP and Name configured the way you like them.

    Sorry It has taken so long to reply. This switcher is running v12.1. I did get it listed in the tree by following your directions. It appears to connect but the drop down just says "carbonite" and doesn't give me the other pages.

    I would call tech support so that they can help trouble shoot this with you. Another option is to just delete it from the tree and try to add manually again.
