  • 1.  Delay with 11.01

    We are seeing huge delays with lipsync in our production van.We are using a carbonite plus 1me which was upgraded to 11.01
    At the same time we upgraded our multiviewer monitors to samsung 4k which are supposed to introduce only 27ms of delay
    The delay is more like 6 frames.We would really like to roll back to 10.0 firmware -is there a way?
    We had not had lipsync issues till recently.We always work in 1080i Are 4k monitors not recommended? We are in Australia
    Any help appreciated

    This issue is not with the switcher -- no additional delay has been introduced. All of these monitors do come with all kinds of Refresh rates, motion compensation, Motion Processing and other items that need to be disabled in the monitor.
