Hi m using QMD Vision Octane 2 MLE switcher and in many shows we have to use 3 chroma frames each of them saved at different memory bus and during the show for switching these frames we have to recall memory every time but the issue is there is a frame jump every time i switch, for example m attaching the url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gmDjbBWw10 video describing chroma problem in QMD Vision Octane 2 MLE so please let me know how to do it differently.

    Thanks

You might want to consider having multiple memories so that you can prepare the next camera in Preview and then cut to it. This would work better than cutting with the memories live. You will just need to make "multiple" combinations so that you can go from any camera to any camera.

Thanks Les, with two camera sources we are using two key sources assigned each @ MLE-Pvw and other @ MLE-PGM on a single memory source and from there we can cut the sources using PVW and PGM, but how can i do if we have 3 sources and 3 chroma Backgrounds please let me know and if possible in detail.

    Thanks

    Hi Amit,

I will put it on the list of items. Not sure when I can get to it but will try to do it soon. Currently I am working on another video about using AuxKeys for monitor transitions. I will see if I can just do something quickly for you though and then do something more complete at a later time.

Actually the video was conclusive -- it shows that using memories when programmed correctly on the version of software loaded on the Vision switcher here in our demo room I was able to have no issue. So I would say that having gone into that room looking to find an issue and how to move around it only to find out that it works fine in version 16.1 or later tells me that you need to make sure your Vision is updated to latest version (this is free software contact tech support).

As for your Greyed out Global Store attributes -- Go to the Personality Menu (either from the Left tool bar called PERS) or navigate to it under the Setup Menu Page.

Scroll the List till you find the Global Store Attribute for Memories -- your is going to currently be set to either No Recall or Always. The other Setting is Attributes.

    Hi Amit,

I contacted Tech Support on the weekend and they have your request in the queue so I am sure you will hear from them if it has not already taken place.
