What is the IP address of your Mac?
And yes currently you have to launch DashBoard from the terminal..
Also in Finder you can 2 finger (right click) on the DashBoard Application - show package contents - contents - MacOS - double click on PermissionDashBoard

Subject: New Carbonite Ultra frame and Dashboard install
Greeting all -
I was going to try to connect to our new Ultra frame via Dashboard on our Mac.
Following the instructions/tutorial and using the "default IP" of 192.168.0.123, I have been unable to connect to the unit.
I have the frame plugged into our production network switch, and have followed the dashboard instructions/tutorial, and the frame is not be located. If I try to PING the device - when connected to the switch the direct E-port on the back of the Mac - the unit is not found.
Am I missing something somewhere?
Just though I give the dashboard and panel configuration a go before our TouchDrive 2 control panel arrives in a couple of weeks.
As a side note, I did have to go to a terminal shell to launch Dashboard (Running current version of DB as well as Mac OSX 11.6)
Thanks in Advance.
