I've run into a strange issue with our Vision 2M. I can access the switcher via windows explorer to see the still stores, but I cannot get in using the same login credentials via the web interface. Is there a way to reset the user/password for the Vision so I can establish a connection to the web interface?
We're planning to backup our user setups. If there's a method of doing this other than via IP, I could use some guidance, there, as well.
