Is there anyway to add keyboard shortcuts to buttons I create in a Dashboard panel? For example, I made a panel to run a score bug in XPression for Football and Basketball and I wanted to have a keyboard shortcut start and stop the game clock. Is there an easy way to do that?

Your best bet is to create GPI triggers in your XPression project (that increment the score, start/stop the clock, etc) and map keyboard commands to those. You can then have Dashboard buttons trigger those GPIs. That's how I have a lot of my buttons working.

This is pretty easy to do. In Dashboard, Edit your button and there is a Trigger ID. Give this a number. Then go to Window > Preferences > Keyboard shortcuts. Click new Command, Click fire GPI, set your short cut and when you want this to be active, then put in the GPI number (your trigger ID) and it should work.

    Hi Tamer,

Sorry for the delayed response. I think the shortcut assignment is not limited to Tab and Shift + Tab, You can set the shortcut to any key you wish by double-clicking on the shortcut column and typing the key. Please feel free to reach out if you were looking to do something else.

    Best Regards,
